There’s only a few days left until Matt’s demonstration at the Arley Hall venue of the Great British Food Festival! 11am this Sunday, he’ll be cooking up a storm; giving us the inside tips on how to save precious time, achieve the best possible taste and of course, present your dishes with top chef flair and panache!
As for his dishes on the day, we can now reveal that Matt will be starting us off with a popular dish from our current menu; Baked cod with char-grilled courgette, new potatoes, asparagus and a pea and shallot cream sauce. If that wasn’t enough, he’ll also be treating us to a sneak peak of another fish based dish, from our upcoming menu to be released in November; the pan fried seabass fillet, served with fennel and chorizo braised lentils. Both of these dishes are available gluten free and (perhaps it goes without saying,) but they’re absolutely delicious! Definitely worth learning how to cook up at home… If you don’t fancy yourself as chef however, why not book a table with us today to taste the dishes as prepared by a master?
