The Coach House Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Please note that on making a booking either credit or debit card details should be given or a cash or cheque deposit must be given on booking at the value of one night’s stay.  If the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance then any deposits will be returned in full.  If less than 48 hours notice is given, the deposit will be retained for the first night of the booking, or the same amount will be taken off the given credit or debit card.

  • In the event of cash or cheque the equivalent of one night’s stay per room will be required, with the balance to be paid on arrival
  • No charges will be made to the card UNLESS specified in the booking process
  • Payment is taken in the event of cancellation in accordance with our cancellation terms
  • Refunds will not be granted for NO SHOW reservations
  • Guests wishing to stay without advance booking will be required to pay in full on arrival
  • Guests wishing to charge items to their room bill, such as food or beverages, may only do so if credit or debit card details have been given
  • Any damages to The Coach House property will be charged at the Manager’s discretion
