Chester Heritage Festival

Events, News, Chester

21st Jul 2017

It’s Chester Heritage festival this week and there certainly is a LOT going on in and around The Coach House Inn!

Although we may be biased, I’m sure most people would agree that Chester is a beautiful city with it’s beauty founded in 2000 years of history. With our city walls, cobbled streets, two tier shopping rows and roman ruins, its easy to immerse yourself in the cities heritage, and that’s just what we’re celebrating this week!

Different events are taking place throughout the 5 day period with something for everyone! There’s walks, talks, music, exhibitions and even a Pokémon go festival taking place at Chester castle (which has been closed to the public for the past 20 years!) So why not round up the family and head over this weekend to celebrate what makes Chester so unique?!

And if you do decide to take part in an evening ghost walk, museum tour or riverside walk, make sure you pop on over to The Coach House Inn to take advantage of our new summer offers!
